LTD Brewing closes the street outside its Hopkins taproom for a one-day Oktoberfest block party, spilling the beer service out of the parking lot onto 8th Avenue. Past editions have paired an Oktoberfest and Festbier release with stein holding and stein racing, German trivia, a costume contest and street games, plus a separate area for kids. The city licenses liquor service from noon to ten at night for the day.
