Annual Oktoberfest at Brewsters Beer Garden

Brewsters, an open-air beer garden on Petaluma's Water Street, turns its whole yard over to Oktoberfest across three weekends. Polka bands including Those Darn Accordions and Alpenband play two sets each afternoon, and the kitchen runs a Bavarian menu alongside German-style brews. Stein-holding contests are held for men, women and children, and there is a kids' yodelling competition.
