Archangel Gabriel Parish Nationality Festival and Octoberfest

This Catholic parish festival runs three evenings on its St. Malachy campus in Kennedy Township and pairs a world-food theme with a dedicated Oktoberfest side. A biergarten set up in the school cafeteria hosts live polka every night, while the food stands work through German, Slovak, Polish, Italian, Mexican and American dishes. A passport card sends visitors from country to country collecting stamps for a prize drawing, and there are raffle baskets, games of chance and a kids' corner with children's meals.
