Bayern Brewing Oktoberfest

Bayern is Montana's German brewery, founded by a Bavarian brewmaster, and it runs its Oktoberfest across three separate Friday evenings rather than one continuous weekend. Each night follows the same shape: accordion music from half past four, a firkin tapped at five, and a plate of brat, potato salad and sauerkraut with a drink. Two of the three nights double as qualifying rounds for the Montana State Steinholding Championship, and the brewery also pours a non-alcoholic option and Bavarian Spezi soda for anyone not drinking.
