Benicia Oktoberfest & Marketplace

The Benicia Chamber of Commerce stages its largest annual fundraiser along the waterfront end of First Street, pairing German food and Weihenstephan beer with a marketplace of local makers. Three bands play across the day and there are stein-holding and best-dressed contests for anyone in Bavarian kit. A free Mega Kids Zone with inflatables, face painting and a root beer garden keeps the event workable for families, and children twelve and under get in free with a paying adult.
