Berlin's main street programme runs a five-hour Oktoberfest along the town's small downtown, with two bands playing German music and vendors selling bratwurst, knockwurst, pretzels and German chocolate cake. It shares the day with the town's fall sidewalk sale, and a free shuttle runs from the intermediate school because downtown parking is limited.
