Bluejacket Oktoberfest

Bluejacket, the brewery and taproom in the Navy Yard area of Washington, marks Oktoberfest with a single free afternoon built around the annual release of its Marzen, Hill House. Eight German-inspired beers are poured from gravity kegs while an oompah band and alphorn players perform, and guests can try the alphorn themselves. A Bavarian food menu of bratwurst, schnitzel, pretzels and spaetzle runs alongside contests including a pretzel toss, boot chugging, yodeling and stein hoisting.
