Campbell Chamber Oktoberfest

A free two-day street festival that closes historic downtown Campbell in Silicon Valley, produced by the local chamber of commerce and now past its thirtieth year. Five stages carry everything from German bands to rock, blues and country, and the Biersch Garten pours Gordon Biersch alongside Bavarian pretzels and German food vendors. More than a hundred artisan craft booths line the avenue, and a Kinderplatz kids' zone runs through both days. Stein-holding and costume contests keep the Oktoberfest thread going.
