Chattanooga Oktoberfest

Now in its twenty-fifth year, this free two-day festival fills First Horizon Pavilion with oompah bands, a biergarten pouring local, regional and imported beers, and stalls from the farms and makers that trade at the Chattanooga Market the rest of the year. Contests run across both days, including stein hoisting, a brat toss and the long-running Mr. & Ms. Chattanooga Oktoberfest pageant that anyone of any age can enter. Face painting and balloon artists keep it workable for families.
