Elktoberfest

Elkhart Lake spreads its Oktoberfest across the resort village for one long Saturday, moving between Siebkens Resort, the Depot and Square, and Village Square Park. The day starts with a farmers market and a Wine & Beer Run 5K that hands out race shirts and medals, then rolls into German-inspired food, beer and wine, polka and feel-good live music, stein hoists and a commemorative stein sale at the Stein Social. A separate ElkhartCares Root Beer Garten pours root beer and cider free of charge for families, with pumpkin painting, coloring and face painting alongside.
