The 27th year of a sit-down Oktoberfest dinner at Euro Bistro, an Austrian-German restaurant in Herndon. It is an evening event rather than a street festival: one seating, a German menu from the kitchen, and a live oompah band playing through the night. Reservations are required and the room is small.
