Flagstaff Oktoberfest

A one-day community Oktoberfest in downtown Flagstaff's Wheeler Park, now in its seventeenth year and run as a charity fundraiser that has put more than $200,000 back into local causes. The lineup is deliberately goofy alongside the beer and brats: a stein hoisting contest, a brat eating contest, a wiener dog race featuring adoptable pups, lawn games and a frozen t-shirt contest. A separate root beer garden and kids area keep it open to families.
