The Flora-Bama, the roadhouse straddling the Florida-Alabama line on Perdido Key, puts on a compact three-hour Oktoberfest on its Florida side each October. The Brats play polka while a German buffet of beer brats, sauerkraut and German potato salad comes out, and there is a Samuel Adams stein-hoisting competition. Best lederhosen and best dirndl each win a gift certificate, and there is no cover charge.
