Hickory's Oktoberfest

One of North Carolina's larger downtown Oktoberfests, filling the streets of Hickory for three days each October under the Hickory Downtown Development Association. Multiple live music stages anchor the weekend, surrounded by beer tents, food and craft vendors and a dedicated Kidsfest area with activities such as face painting. The festival also runs a Castle of Cans food-drive build. Pets are not permitted on the festival footprint.
