A ticketed rooftop biergarten at the Cowlitz tribal resort north of Vancouver, staged on the parking garage roof in two afternoon sessions. Each ticket carries a drink pass good for eighteen samples drawn from hundreds of German, international and craft pours plus wine, seltzer and spirits. Bavarian plates come from local restaurants, and games, contests and music run through both sittings. Entry is restricted to adults.
