Karbach Brewing turns its Northwest Houston brewery over to Bavaria for three straight weekends, making this one of the longest-running Oktoberfest stretches in the city. Each weekend carries its own headline band, and the programme leans on the classics: brats, stein-hoisting contests and wiener dog races. The brewery's own taproom and lawn host the whole thing.
