Admission
PaidAdvance general admission $7 online through Sept 30, $12 at the gate. Kids 10 and under free all weekend. Free community hours Saturday and Sunday 11 am-12 pm. Seniors 65+ and veterans free before 2 pm Saturday and Sunday. VIP packages listed at $55 single day and $100 for a three-day weekend pass on the ticket store; table reservations sold separately.

Now in its sixteenth year, Milwaukee Oktoberfest takes over Henry Maier Festival Park on the lakefront for a three-day German celebration. Food and beer come by way of Kegel's Inn, and the stage and grounds programming runs to competitions - a Miss Oktoberfest contest, stein hoisting, a bratwurst eating contest and a dachshund beauty pageant. Advance tickets are cheap, kids ten and under get in free all weekend, and reserved tables are sold separately.
