Minerva Oktoberfest

The Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce runs a single-day Oktoberfest in the village's Municipal Park, built more around small-town fall fun than around Bavarian tradition. Two bands play through the afternoon while food trucks, craft breweries, a winery and a beer garden serve the adults, and fine-craft vendors set up around the park. Kids get free pumpkin painting and hayrides, and the day's contest slate runs from games for all ages to chicken poop bingo.
