The Moscow Chamber of Commerce throws a Bavarian-themed evening in the downtown core of this Palouse university town, leaning on the region's own farms and producers rather than importing the whole thing from Munich. Entry costs nothing; drinking is handled by buying a cup that comes with a wristband and three pour tickets.
