New Bedford Oktoberfest

A charity Oktoberfest on the New Bedford waterfront, now in its twentieth year and run by a Southcoast business nonprofit that puts proceeds toward at-risk youth and education programmes. The single Saturday runs from mid-afternoon to midnight on Pope's Island Marina, with a full concert bill headlined by guitarist Quinn Sullivan and several supporting bands. Four separate pouring stations each carry a different lineup of beer, cider and seltzer, with local food vendors and trucks alongside.
