Odessa Deutschesfest

A four-day German-Russian heritage festival in the small farming town of Odessa in eastern Washington, run by descendants of the settlers who founded the place early last century. A biergarten fills a whole city block, and there is German food, live music, a parade, a kids zone and street vendors. It is one of the longest-running German festivals in the state and takes over the whole downtown.
