The OKM Music nonprofit closes a block of Dewey Avenue in downtown Bartlesville for a one-evening Oktoberfest. German food and beer and live polka music anchor the street, with dancing and a cornhole tournament for adults. Kids get in free and have a train ride, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, puppet shows and games with prizes. Local vendors fill out the block.
