Oktoberfest 2026 (Girdwood Brewing Company)

Girdwood Brewing's tenth annual Oktoberfest turns the taproom and Girdwood Town Center over to a free, all-day Bavarian party in the mountains south of Anchorage. The day is anchored by the release of the brewery's FestBeär festbier and a run of commemorative steins, and the dachshunds are the main event: a midday parade and meet-and-greet lead into afternoon races. A long-running stein holding competition and free live music in the evening round out the schedule.
