The German International School Washington opens its Potomac campus for a one-afternoon Oktoberfest built around its school community and the wider region's German-American families. The program pairs live German music with bratwurst and German beer, activities for children, and a market of local vendors and artisans. Entry is free with a suggested donation, and offsite parking with a shuttle is arranged at the nearby Bolger Center.
