Carolina Bauernhaus makes farmhouse ales and wine in downtown Anderson, and leans into the German half of its name for one Saturday each autumn. The day opens with a hands-on sauerkraut workshop, then the doors swing open for brats, pretzels and wood-fired pizza, bingo, an afternoon band and a stein-hoisting contest at five. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating and the party runs to ten.
