From the Earth's Roswell brewpub stretches Oktoberfest across four days, pairing a pair of German lager releases with a run of live bands. Thursday and Friday nights are ticketed concerts that double as the Festbier and Märzen launches, Saturday centres on a commemorative mug deal, and the weekend closes with a free afternoon party on the porch. It is a brewpub celebration rather than a street festival, so the scale is small and the beer is the point.
