Oktoberfest at Saddleback

Saddleback's ski area turns its base area over to an autumn Oktoberfest in its fifth year, drawing visitors up into the Rangeley Lakes region before the snow arrives. The day mixes beer sampling from Maine breweries with live music, scenic lift rides on the Rangeley Express, axe throwing, stein hoisting and keg tossing, plus activities for children. New for this edition is an Oktoberfest art show by UpCountry Artists benefiting a local scholarship fund.
