Lahaina Brewing Co.'s Upcountry taproom in Makawao marks Oktoberfest with a single-seating beer dinner rather than a beer hall. The head brewer and chef pair five courses against the taproom's own beers, including an Oktoberfest lager served with a potato cake, and both hosts work the room. Seating is limited to one sitting and tickets are ninety dollars a head.
