This is a ticketed indoor Bavarian beer hall built out in Fulton Market that opens Thursday through Sunday for roughly six weeks each fall, not a weekend street fair. Guests book a timed entry, and inside there is official Hofbrau Munchen beer imported from Germany, a live German band with sing-alongs, bratwurst and giant pretzels, stein-holding contests, Gaudi carnival games and a Devil's Wheel ride. Admission is all ages, with alcohol limited to 21-and-over, and there is a lederhosen and dirndl shop on site.
