Downtown Chillicothe closes East Second Street for a free-spirited evening Oktoberfest, now in its seventh year. Bavarian-themed entertainment and live music run alongside food vendors and activities for children. The signature draw is the wiener dog races, held in the Majestic Courtyard in the late afternoon.
