Jefferson City's historic Southside was settled by German immigrants and still carries the name Munichburg, and this one-day street festival is the neighbourhood association's annual fundraiser for its revitalisation work. The programme mixes a main-stage music lineup with a beer and wine garden, a dachshund derby, a costume contest, a classic car show and a children's area. Craft and food vendors line the surrounding blocks.
