Oktoberfest in Vinita

Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Vinita has run this parish Oktoberfest for nearly four decades, making it one of northeastern Oklahoma's longest-running fall celebrations. The 39th edition fills a single Saturday, opening mid-morning and running through the afternoon at the church on West Sequoyah Avenue. The parish publishes little beyond the date and place, so visitors should contact the church office for the day's food and entertainment lineup.
