Eastern Oregon's Oktoberfest is a one-day charity festival held at the Blue Mountain Equine Center on the edge of Pendleton. It is run by a registered non-profit that has put roughly $175,000 into scholarships for Umatilla County high school students over nine years, plus support for other local causes.
