Oktoberfestiversary

Two neighbouring Ravenswood breweries close the street between their taprooms for a weekend that doubles as Dovetail's Oktoberfest and Begyle's anniversary party. Two stages carry local bands across both days, with a wandering alphorn duo on Sunday afternoon and a row of food trucks along the block. A five-dollar suggested donation at the gate goes to a neighbourhood food pantry, and the kids' corner is run in part by a local German school.
