Old Town Rock Hill Oktoberfest

Rock Hill's Old Town events program stages a free Saturday-evening Oktoberfest in Fountain Park, at the top of Main Street. German food and beer are served under live music, and a wiener dog race with online registration is the afternoon's set piece. A kids' zone and a petting zoo run alongside for younger visitors. The whole thing is compact - five hours in a single downtown park - and costs nothing to enter.
