Lazy Bird, a bar and kitchen in Peoria's Park West centre, throws its second Oktoberfest after opening the year before. The afternoon runs on beer tastings, live music and German plates, with a pretzel toss and a stein-holding contest among the games. Guests in dirndls and lederhosen compete for a best-dressed prize. All ages are welcome.
