Redding Oktoberfest

The Exchange Club of Redding runs a one-night Oktoberfest at historic Tiger Field, the city's old ballpark, as its annual fundraiser. Admission covers a beer stein and a token good for a pour from any of the Northern California breweries sampling that evening, with food trucks and a Sacramento cover band filling out the field. Games run all night, including axe throwing, cornhole, trivia and a stein-holding contest, and the club has added wiener dog races with trophies and costume awards.
