Michigan's Schussmeisters ski and board club throws an off-season Oktoberfest at the Mt. Holly ski resort, trading snow for a catered German dinner. Tickets cover four hours of live music and a fall beer tasting, and they must be bought in advance — nothing is sold at the door. It is a club fundraiser but open to the public by ticket.
