Now in its third year, this downtown Sioux Falls Oktoberfest takes over the second level of a hotel parking ramp for one evening. German-inspired plates - a kielbasa and bratwurst platter, pretzel bites - pair with seasonal beers while a band plays. Competitions for stein holding and best costume, plus hammerschlagen, fill out the four hours.
