Stellwagen Oktoberfest

Marshfield's Stellwagen spreads Oktoberfest across two Saturdays a week apart, each one built around competition. Keg tossing runs twice a day with signup on the spot, and steinholding heats in the mid-afternoon feed winners toward the Massachusetts state championship. Fest bier is poured into litre steins or half-litre Frankfurt glasses, with the first pour included in the glassware price. A different food vendor works each of the two days.
