  • Live music
  • Beer garden
  • German food

The Sacramento Turn Verein, a German gymnastic and social society, has thrown this two-night Oktoberfest for well over half a century — 2026 marks the 57th edition. The club opens several of its halls plus an outdoor Biergarten for German beer, hearty food, live music and dancing. It is a members-and-public society festival rather than a street fair, held at the club's historic Turner Hall in midtown Sacramento.
