Van Henion Oktoberfest

Van Henion Brewing throws its fourth annual Oktoberfest at its Bend taproom, a six-hour afternoon-into-evening party anchored by the brewery's lagers plus seven guest breweries on tap. A cover charge gets you a commemorative mug and your first pour, and the schedule runs from an accordion band through a rock set, with a stein-holding contest and a hammerschlagen nail-driving competition in between. German food specials and pretzels are served all day, and both kids and dogs are welcome.
