Waldmann, a restored 1857 German lager saloon in Saint Paul, spreads its Oktoberfest across two full weekends in a tented biergarten. The program leans hard into tradition: folk dancing by S.G. Edelweiss on Sundays, Masskrugstemmen stein-holding contests, yodeling, and a menu of brats, smoked turkey legs and oversized pretzels alongside Festbier. Sundays are family days with children under five admitted free.
