Wolff's Biergarten Oktoberfest Albany

Wolff's Biergarten closes off Broadway outside its Albany location for a one-day, adults-only Oktoberfest block party. Fritz's Polka Band supplies the music while the kitchen turns out bratwurst, pretzels, schnitzel and sauerkraut alongside German beer and wine. Competitive events fill the afternoon: stein holding, keg bowling, boot chugging, a strongman contest and dachshund racing, all with separate sign-ups. A best-dressed competition rewards guests who show up in dirndls and lederhosen.
