Newport Oktoberfest

A free three-day Oktoberfest on the Ohio River at Newport Festival Park, on the Levee directly across from downtown Cincinnati. Two stages - the Warsteiner Tent and the Glier's Goetta Tent - carry traditional German and regional bands, the Chicken Dance and stein hoist competitions, while the grounds add a brat toss, Oktoberfest trivia, a full carnival and a German and regional food lineup running from bratwurst and schnitzel to goetta, pretzels and waffles. Inflatables run all day and kids' play wristbands keep it affordable for families.
