Barrow Brewing spreads its Oktoberfest across six consecutive Saturdays at its Salado taproom rather than packing it into one weekend. Each Saturday brings a different band — the Austin Polka Band among them — a German food truck, and games including hammerschlagen, a bratwurst toss and stein holding. The run closes on Halloween with the dog-themed bARKTOBERFEST, adding adoptable dogs, dog-focused vendors, a dog costume contest and a candy trail for children.
