Oktoberfest Southlake

The Southlake Chamber turns Town Square into a three-day Bavarian street festival with three stages of music, from oompah sets to tribute-band headliners. Saturday morning belongs to the wiener dog races, which open with a costume contest for the dogs, and stein hoisting competitions run on Friday and Saturday evenings. Entry and parking are free, and the vendor rows, face painting and children's activities make it a broad family draw rather than a beer-only event.
