Celestial Beerworks opens Dallas's Oktoberfest season with SPOCKtoberfest, a Star Trek-flavored take on the Bavarian original held on the brewery's patio. The evening centers on specialty lager tappings paired with German-inspired dishes from the brewery's kitchen, with live music from Baba Yaga Orkestar. Stein-holding and chugging competitions run through the night, and a limited specialty stein buys three pours of any lager or lower-ABV beer.
