Banger's, the sausage house and beer garden on Austin's Rainey Street, gives over a full three-day weekend to Oktoberfest. Its 202 taps lean Bavarian for the occasion and the kitchen leans into German-inspired sausage specials. Bands rotate across all three days, from The Oompahs on Friday afternoon to a Sunday-evening closer, with stein-hoisting competitions in between.
