North County San Diego's chamber of commerce runs this one-day street festival on Mountain Vista Drive, drawing well over a hundred artisan booths alongside the beer. Oompah bands and Bavarian performers carry the German side of it, while craft beer tastings and a dog costume contest broaden the appeal. Admission is free and the chamber lays on a shuttle and bike valet.
